- If you do not like the product, or do not receive the product in time, for all these reasons you can return the product without receiving the product.
- If a product is damaged during transportation, you can return the product.

Out Of Dhaka
Bigbdshop only transports products through courier services across the country that do not rot very quickly, such as refrigerators. Only those goods which are not likely to be damaged in any way if transported by courier are only transported.
- If we want to transport any goods outside Dhaka, we accept the courier cost of the goods in advance. No product orders are accepted outside Dhaka except for the cost of advance transportation.
- Outside of Dhaka, we receive the goods by courier and offer the opportunity to pay for the goods.
- You are not obliged to accept the goods if there is any kind of damage during the transportation of the goods by courier.
- If you receive the product through courier, you must check it in front of the delivery man of the courier. If there is any problem, let us know immediately.
